I also tried deleting the toybox and buying a new one, tried buying different toyboxes, moved the toybox to a different spot, but my kids still could not put toys away. In my current save, mods removed, they could not put toys away even after I deleted the backpacks and lunchboxes I had on the lot (I had some decorative backpacks in he kids' room originally). But when I tested they can get toys out of the toybox just fine. If I direct them to clean up toys or put away, they put the toys in their inventory instead because they say they can't get to the toybox. My child Sims were perfectly able to put toys away before but now they don't. Information, Guides and Announcements for the EA app.
